Throughout the Gospels of the New Testament, we see Jesus eating with tax collectors and sinners, welcoming children, and healing those who were considered unclean and estranged from the community of faith. Jesus practiced a ministry of hospitality that truly welcomed strangers into the community of faith. God commands us over and over to take notice of and care for those around us.  Hospitality is the process of welcoming strangers and changing them into guests by making them feel loved and accepted. Contact the church office for more information about this ministry or information about how you can become involved.
